 ture the honorable KONO Taro. The former Defense and Foreign Minister will
  present his personal views on defense issues that Japan faces at the pres
 ent time.\n\nIn the 21st century\, the Honorable KONO Taro is remembered a
 s one of the most effective former Japanese ministers of defense\, foreign
  affairs\, digital and Covid-19 vaccination\, with  a solid track record i
 n each field. In every capacity\, he made a difference in an unprecedented
  timely fashion. Japan may not have survived COVID pandemic without his de
 dicated services. In these challenging times\, YCAPS is proud to host KONO
  Taro in person to present his views on Japan’s national security based
